With the implementation of surveys directed at a group of women from the Autonomous University of the West between 15 and 50 years of age were identified consumer needs versus vaginal applicator, the Focus Group showed qualitatively the importance of each need and the level of user satisfaction with the product in comparison to the competition, the QFD helped establish the quality criteria that the company had improved to be more competitive. The results determined the necessary parameters of the mold to reduce cycle time of the injection process and the study of methods and established the critical time, standard time and the working method to be used in the production process.
