The solidarity economy from the administrative perspective

Abstract

This paper addresses the management perspective of the solidary economics, from authors to help understand a management model consistent with the proposal of the solidary economics, these are: Henri Fayol, Max Weber, Elton Mayo, Fritz Roethlisberger, Herbert Simon, Chester Barnard, McGregor, Maslow, Herzberg, Ludwig Von Bertalanffy, Kast and Rosenzweig. These administrative theories presented by each author, appear as possible forms of administration according to a study, analysis and monitoring for an interpretation of labor within the organizations. It will be the managerial element that helps to create and understand the goal of model management research “Solidary Economics a Challenge to the Traditional Organizational Models: Proposal for a Management Model for Organizations of the Solidary Economics in Colombia” which follows this paper (Velez, 2008).
