Abstract

The purpose of this investigation is to build a management model for the organizations of cooperative economy in Colombia support theoretical and legally. The management model proposed is an approximation to how to be for the organizations of cooperative economy which search urgently a way of management themselves in a effective way, the cooperative economy is consider today a third way, a new sector the called third sector different of the private and public formed by associative enterprises, solidarities which give priority to job factor and which are move by community factor come before the traditional capital factor of the capitalist enterprises. The cooperative economy is outline like a proposal of development that necessarily has different objectives to the traditional capitalist proposals. The building of Management model for the organizations of cooperative economy in Colombia, was possible thanks to the prepare of a theoretical frame, besides was studied the context in which work the organizations of cooperative economy recognizing specials characteristics in the cooperative sector; in the second part of the building was studied three compounds: the economics theories, administrative and legal frame for build the management model in this way is developed the proposal model.
