ANALISIS DE LAS VACANTES PARA CALI. 1994 – 2005
Abstract
A detailed description of the information briefed in the format of vacancies (Request of candidates) registered in the Public Service of Employment (SPE) the regional SEINE Valley during period 1994 to the 2005 is made. The crossed analysis of the variables briefed indicate the segmentation of the labor market in Cali that the plaintiffs generated when focusing on subjects within an age range of 25 to 34 years and pertaining experience of 12 to 14 months, among other requirements, which leaves to the rest of the population more vulnerable to unemployment; in addition most of the vacancies offered are for positions which had already existed and the wage generally ranges from $400.000 to $800.000.
