Abstract

Given the dynamic in the international relations among countries and block of countries as result of globalization, and international trade agreement, it was important to contribute to the analysis of this topic starting from the model developer by Jacob Viner in 1950, following for Bela Balassa in 1961 and many others that for more than fifty years had worked in econometric models trying to estimate the effects of economic integrations in Europe and Latin America and to determine if those models are vigents and can be apply for the new globalization as is given in different parts of the world.
