Metodología para Afinar el Modelo de Gobierno de Tecnologías de la Información en las Organizaciones

Abstract

The modern companies have understood that Informatic Technology (IT) is a fundamental element for the achievement of its strategic targets and, therefore, it has happened to turn into one of the crucial aspects of Corporate Government. Additionally, the evolution towards new concept in topics of risk and auditory, they demand major commitment and participation of the Top Management and, of it, the shape of suitable models of Government of Computer Technology. This article sums a methodological proposal up for such a work which has been already applied with successful results in works developed in public and private organizations of varied dimension.
