Abstract

The aim of this paper is to highlight the challenge of demographic change for the next fifty years the requirements related to savings and funds to meet the age population. As the life cycle of the Mexican population, aging and the relationship with the (non-contributory) benefits, as well as those that are provided by social security schemes, to which they were discharged during their working life is addressed. The mechanisms needed to be beneficiary or person entitled to access to minimum social security and protection that the State is obliged to provide its citizens is analyzed.
