Abstract

This paper shows the importance of axiological capital (ethical values) to promote the permanency of companies in a market. Based on research carried out during two years of consultation of theoretical models and field work related, the paper exposes four case studies of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) of food sector in Santiago de Cali, where ethical standards are an important element for the sustainability of companies.
