Abstract

The financial crises in Mexico have brought to light the challenges that economic models will face, related to the competitive capacity of agribusinesses. The objective is to describe the factors that influence the competitive business management of agribusinesses in the State of Guerrero (Mexico) and to propose an evolutionary Business Management Model according to its typology. This is a descriptive and transversal research, which generates information through
interviews. The factors that have been identified are; leadership, organizational structure, and social networks; other factors with less interference were Negotiating Power, Investment, and Innovation, which show a stimulation to the next level of business management in Agribusinesses. Sustainable Agribusinesses (SUAGBS) and Competitive Agribusinesses (COAGBS)
were identified.
