Abstract

This article is aimed at analyzing the financial impact of the different adjustments to IFRS on the financial information of SMEs in Group 2. For this purpose, the discounted free cash flow technique for valuation purposes and the EVA valuation technique were applied, based on the financial information of 2014 and 2015 of a group 2 company, taking into account the transition period of the IFRS, as established in the article 3, Ordinance 2784 of 2012. Once the valuation was carried out, it was established that the company improved its equity value.
